Refund policy

Every order is covered by our 90 day money-back guarantee. You have 90 days from the day your order arrives to decide. Wear it and put it to the test. If it is not for you, email contact@verreso.com and we refund you in full. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email contact@verreso.com with your order number as soon as you can. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we change it or cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already left us, the 90 day guarantee still covers you. Try it, and return it if you change your mind.

Returns and refunds

• You have 90 days from the day your order arrives. Trying it on is fine. So is wearing it. That is what the 90 days are for.
• To start a return, email contact@verreso.com with your order number. No form, no reference number, and you do not have to say why. We reply with the return address and simple instructions.
• Once your return reaches us, we refund the full price to the card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank, it usually shows within 5 to 10 working days.
• The guarantee covers everything we sell, in every size and colour.

Exchanges

Wrong size or colour? Email us with your order number and say what you would like instead. We handle it the same way as a return and send out the size or colour you asked for.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email contact@verreso.com with your order number and a photo. We put it right at no cost to you, with a replacement or a full refund. Your choice.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is late or has not turned up, email us with your order number and we chase it with Royal Mail. If it is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full. You never have to deal with the carrier yourself.

Order checks

Like every online store, we run standard checks on orders. Now and then we may email you to confirm a detail before dispatch. It takes a minute, and it keeps every customer safe.

Colour on screen

Every screen shows colour a little differently, so a colour can look slightly different in person. If it is not what you expected, the 90 day guarantee applies. Email us and we swap it or refund you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
