Overview

Welcome to Verreso. "We", "us" and "our" mean Verreso, which runs this store and website, its content, features and products (together, "the store"). The store is powered by Shopify.

These terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, set out your rights and ours when you use the store or place an order. They are written in plain English on purpose. Please read them.

By using the store or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not place an order.

1. Who can order

You must be 18 or over to place an order. When you order, you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and up to date. That includes your delivery address and payment details. You also confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method.

2. Our products

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Sizes follow the size guide on each product page. If anything is not as expected when it arrives, our 90 day guarantee covers you.

Our products are compression garments. They are made to change how you look in your clothes. They are not medical devices and they are not a treatment for any condition. If you have a health concern, speak to a doctor.

We may change product details, add or remove products, or limit quantities at any time. That never affects an order we have already confirmed.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to buy. We accept your order when we send you a confirmation email, and that is when the contract is made. If we cannot fulfil an order for any reason, for example because an item is out of stock, we tell you. We then refund anything you have paid in full.

Orders are for personal use. If you would like to buy in bulk or for resale, email us first.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery to the United Kingdom is free. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you order, and it is confirmed in your order email. We may change prices, but never for an order that has already been confirmed.

Payment is taken when you place your order, through the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see your full card details.

If we ever list a price that is obviously wrong, we contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Every order is sent with free tracked delivery, and most orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery times are estimates rather than a guaranteed date. If a parcel is late or lost, we chase it and put it right. Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.

6. Returns and the 90 day guarantee

Every order comes with our 90 day money-back guarantee, described in full in our Refund Policy. In short: you have 90 days from delivery to decide, one email starts a return or an exchange, and refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.

7. Offers, bundles and discount codes

Offers and bundle prices apply while they are advertised. Discount codes cannot be combined with each other unless we say so, and each code carries its own conditions, shown where you receive it. We can end an offer at any time, but never for an order already confirmed.

8. Prize draws

Where we run a prize draw, the rules published for that draw form part of these terms. They cover how to enter, when the draw takes place and how the winner is told.

9. Reviews and anything else you send us

We love hearing from you. If you send us a review, photo, comment or suggestion, you give us permission to publish it on the store and in our marketing, edit it for length or clarity, and use it without payment, for as long as we like. You confirm that it is your own, that it is honest, that you have told us about any incentive you received, and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights. We may choose not to publish something, or to remove it, at our discretion.

10. Our content and trademarks

Everything on the store, including the text, photos, videos, graphics, design and the Verreso and V-Shape names and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use the store for your own personal shopping. Please do not copy, reuse or republish our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Shopify's name and logos belong to Shopify.

11. Links and third-party tools

The store may include links to, or tools provided by, other companies, for example a payment provider or a parcel tracking page. They are provided as they are and we do not control them. Please check their terms before you use them. Any question about a third-party product or service should go to that company.

12. Shopify

The store is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform we sell through. Every sale is made directly between you and Verreso. Shopify is not a party to your purchase and is not responsible for any product you buy from us, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claim relating to a purchase from us.

13. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. Because the store runs on Shopify, Shopify also processes some information about your visit and your order, as described there and in Shopify's own privacy policy.

14. Mistakes on the site

We check the store carefully, but a typo or an out-of-date detail can slip through, in a description, a price, an offer or a delivery estimate. We may correct it at any time. If a mistake affects an order you have placed, we contact you before dispatch, and you can always cancel for a full refund.

15. Using the store

Please use the store only for lawful purposes and for your own shopping. Do not try to interfere with how it works, copy or scrape its content, upload anything harmful, collect other people's information, or pretend to be someone you are not. We may block access to anyone who does.

16. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for any loss connected with a business.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have as a consumer under UK law.

17. Governing law

These terms and any order placed under them are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute can be heard in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you can also bring a claim in the Scottish courts, and if you live in Northern Ireland, in the Northern Irish courts. Nothing here affects the consumer protections you are entitled to where you live.

18. General

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us for your use of the store and any order. We may transfer our rights under these terms to another business, but that never reduces your rights.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
